Located on Bicentennial Road, Katherine Speedway holds its season from around April to October each year. Katherine Speedway is a 4 star rated track allowing them to run a high range of classes. The Katherine Speedway caters for a number of divisions and attracts drivers from Darwin, Tennant Creek and Kununurra. Local drivers take part in racing F500, AMCA Nationals, NT Sedans, Junior (Top Stars & New Stars), Street Stocks, Wingless, Sprint Cars, Solos and Dirt Karts
